The staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating my needs with extra towels whenever requested.
The room had issues. I faced problems with the air conditioning and there was no functioning ice machine .

Everything about the hotel was perfectly fine. The staff was responsive and pleasant all the time. Convenient and magnificent location, we were next to downtown Phoenix and many major tourist attractions. Also, a Bryan university was 2 miles away from the property. Loved our stay at the venue and would stay here again.

The location stood out as the highlight of my stay. It's conveniently close to major roads and amenities. The staff gave me an upgraded room upon arrival, a nice surprise. The negatives were hard to overlook. The bathroom tub had significant stains and the shower curtain needed immediate replacement. I found cigarette burns on the bedspread in a 'non-smoking' room, alarming. The air conditioning unit wasn't functioning well, and maintenance seemed non-existent. I encountered issues with cleanliness. The sheets appeared stained and the room itself felt rundown. In a budget hotel, I expected some concerns, but this was beyond acceptable.

Light connected to the switch as you first come in the room would not come on, leaving the entry dim. Only one face cloth and face towel provided for two guests, with noticeable smudges on the cloth. The hot and cold water were mixed up in the bathroom fixtures, leading to confusion during a shower. The extra lock on the main door was broken and barely hanging on, affecting the sense of security. No internet as advertised, a letdown alongside uninvited guests like roaches. Dirty sheets with stains led to a rather uncomfortable sleeping situation.

A Last Resort Stay
This place felt more like a burden than a comfort. Stains were everywhere, and the bugs were unnerving. Underwhelming service didn't help either. Bring your own hygiene supplies! Save time by seeking accommodations elsewhere.

I had a nice experience with a clean room and a comfy bed , easy to recharge after a long day. I particularly enjoyed spending some time lounging by the pool and unwinding in the nearby hot tub. The only hiccup was that the WiFi could be a bit slow at times, but it didn't take away from my stay overall 😊

Just a solid selection for a transient visit in Phoenix with good price value. The staff were quite understanding when I had issues with my room. Bring your own WiFi device as the connection can be spotty.

The room was halfway clean, but the shower could use some attention, like a fresh curtain. It was cool that they upgraded me on arrival, but there were cigarette burns on the bedding in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The AC was acting up too, a letdown. It was like a decent budget stay, but definitely had its ups and downs.
